The ease at which we were able to customize our document layout, it was effortless once we had an idea about what features will work best in our specific situation. Also there's no software or device needed aside from being connected online with Dropbox (or other cloud storage systems). Not really anything I dislike but would like more customization options available by allowing users to edit their own layouts instead of needing approval before uploading changes made through this program. This product allows us access via any type of internet connection whether mobile phone/tablet app etc. Allows easy transfer onto multiple devices such as laptops computers desktop printers paper copiers ect.. The ease in which I created my forms, how easy it was as far as customizations go; creating different pages from one template instead haveing 2 or 3 separate files (even if they were similar). There should be more options like text styles/fonts etc when placing content on an object rather than just having limited choices available within word itself. This software really helped me with our internal sales process where we took customer info after visiting them at their location.
