I don't have a tried and true way to *know* if this is working, but Id like to think its making an impact! I plugged this in the morning before bringing home to newly-adopted rambunctious kitties later that afternoon. They play a ton, but no fighting! Is it the Thunderease, or is it just them? Either way, it gave me peace of mind to think that I was bringing them into a home that appeared "calming" to them. The product comes with refills, so maybe once the refills run out, I won't plug another one in for a while, and see if I notice any difference! Meanwhile, they seem to get along while Im out at work, so thats the greatest relief! No scent. Plugged it in a central area of our 900 sq fr apartment, with nothing below or above it. No dripping, residue, or electrical problems thus far. :)
