I have long dark hair as you can see in the photo. I've always had issues with these types of products drying my hair and tangling it so much I shed a ton with every wash. This is only my first day using this product and I have only blow dried my hair (no styling). The shampoo left my hair and scalp sparkling clean which I wanted but I was afraid it would dry out my hair. The air conditioning was amazing! It's lightweight, doesn't weigh hair down, but helps with frizz (despite today's 30 degree heat) and detangles. My hair feels so smooth and my scalp feels better than it has in a long time! Everyone is different, but I would definitely recommend trying this out if you have a dry scalp issue during the hot summer months or cold winter months.
