Cognitive educational toys 3 rings of different shapes and a large octopus

I do not know how much suction this toy should have, and it is not flexible, the plastic is thick, but the rings are flexible. Anyway, I didn't buy this toy for those qualities, so it really doesn't matter. I bought this for my daughter's cognitive training in the bath. I bought it first and plan on buying another one that looks like this, which is a polar bear with different colored legs to match the different colored rings.
