When I bought this shovel a few weeks ago there were no reviews. The scoop holds a lot of dirt and allows me to scoop trays faster than the smaller scoop I used before. The teeth (for lack of a better word) of the shovel are slightly further apart than my previous shovel, allowing more small pieces to pass through. Then I have to pick them up with the corner of that shovel, use a second shovel, or just ignore them. My grandma would hate it because it doesn't clean up all the dirty bits, but it works quickly and picks up most. We may need a clumpier litter, but we've been using Scoopaway for many years.
