Media could not be loaded. During the Covid lockdown I embarked on some new free time activities mostly focused on physical activity and not just computer use. I bought this set of chisels because I needed the right set to practice with. knowing that any errors were due to my skill and not the tool. Some much appreciated features of the kit: 1) Metal shaft runs from end to end. The upside is that it's much stiffer, more durable, and less prone to breaking or bending. 2) Chisels vary in size from 38mm to 6mm, so I can use a large chisel to make larger cuts, wedges or patterns, and I'm also good at making more intricate designs with small chisels. 3) I didn't realize the need for a square/corner tool until I started working with chisels. The square helped a lot to keep my drawings consistent and "somewhat" symmetrical 😛 4) The chisels are very sharp and seem to retain their sharpness even after multiple uses. I have a blade sharpener that works with chisels, but I haven't had to use it yet.
