So far, useful platform to keep team connected
I like how easy it was for me as someone who has little experience in using this software/website tool! The user interface makes sense at first glance but you will quickly realize there are some things here or features missing compared other platforms out today (like Slack).
It's great having all of your communications within one place rather than email messages back n forth between multiple people involved - which can also be very time consuming if not efficient communication channels used by most companies these days anyway so no complaints from my end about anything specific yet!! Overall though its been helpful keeping everyone informed via our internal social networks such LinkedIn Group etc.,.

- Good customer service rep availability during business hours is always appreciated too, even over weekends sometimes :)
