Excellent customer service

I bought these for my Shark 435co steam mop which is one of the compatible models listed. Turns out the pads weren't as big as the original pads. As a result, the pad could not be fully attached to my mop. I left a bad review and was contacted by the company who gave me a full refund for my purchase. Customer service and support doesn't get any better. As for the product, put it aside, it's well made and should work very well.
