Review on Kaptec by Tony York

I like how easy it was for us as users, especially those without technical skills or experience with computers could get up an running quickly using this software (even my wife!). We have been able use both voice mail & voicemail transcription from anywhere around Australia within less than 24 hours! The only issue i've had so far has nothing doen wtih kptects support but more about me not being aware what features were available when setting things oup - which they helpfully pointed out after asking them several times :) It's great having access anytime/anywhere via web interface even if you don't know much tech stuff at all- just need someone who knows where everything should be placed etc!! The ease at which you can create, edit etc pages for clients with different workflows; it's easy enough even if not very techie! I love how simple everything seems - there aren't lots or complicated options available (which would be great). It also helps me manage my time better as each project requires less manual effort than before because all projects have their own page now- so fewer emails back/forth required!!
