I'm on a strict anti-inflammatory diet (which I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone with chronic autoimmune diseases, especially rheumatoid arthritis...it makes a world of difference to me) which means no sugar, no gluten free , no preservatives, no dairy, lots of pure protein, fruits, veggies, nuts etc. Requires some preparation and is a bit disruptive on long car rides, festivals, trips etc where healthy snacks/meals are almost impossible to find. That's great! It's small enough to carry a large bag, but its efficient design allows you to take plenty of food with you (some people complain about the portion size; I prefer a multitude of small portions, but for those who prefer a few large portions, it's easy). to split it between boxes or use a thermos. I like them a lot more than regular lunch boxes for their efficient space with no waste, and while I didn't try a hot dish like soup, I was pleased with how the well-insulated lining held the food for hours. Since my diet has become a bit of a torture for me in the meantime, that was really a big help. Highly recommended!
