I like that it's easy enough for anyone who knows how to use google hangouts (or any other web conference) to go through our training process and get up and running quickly.

The platform itself has some quirks but we've been able to work around them. If you're looking for something quick, simple, cheap,  easy - this is it! We originally used an internal conferencing solution that was expensive, time consuming, clunky, not very user friendly, etc. This solved all of those problems while being fairly inexpensive.
