One of the three was performed incorrectly. The proportion of defective products based on this sample, albeit small, is 33%. The bug and problem is that when you plug any USB-A device into the adapter, it will now pair at a significant angle, preventing another USB device from being plugged in next to it. This family device now replaces two ports. (See attached photo. The item on the left is the defective adapter and the item on the right comes from the same box and is correctly manufactured. Note the corner on the left). My theory is that this product is significantly cheaper than the competition because it's cheaply made, resulting in a very high scrap rate. Would you trust plugging a cheap adapter into an expensive computer with this level of quality control? I would not.
