bought these to use in place of a towel in my kitchen - they are small about the size of a large washcloth but dry quickly and don't pick up odors on the fly drying. You can use them as washcloths or under any glass to protect it. Blue is a bright cobalt, a very pretty shade. Feel there are many other ways to use them at home. Washed in cold and hot water with no problem - worked fine.
