Benefits: • Low cost, fraction of what an OEM Toyota part would cost. Pros: • Glossy smooth finish rather than the original matte or textured finish, but I can live with that. A few months of dirt and she'll be perfect. If I want a matte finish I can use fine sandpaper, a sanding sponge or some acetone on a rag. The right and door panels did not fit perfectly and did not hold in place when the handle was first fitted. I had to remove it and superglue it to keep it in the correct position when reinstalling. This "washer" is also a harder plastic than the OEM and doesn't seem to seal the grip as well, but I don't see how that would affect anything. I've seen some reviews from people who thought they got a really cheap fake that wasn't Dorman after buying from other Amazon "sellers".
