Carburetor for Briggs & Stratton Engine

I received the carburetor & the two mounting screws (in good order) and installed them on my Generac Wheelhouse 5550 Portable generator (with a Briggs & Stratton engine). After several pulls of the starter rope, it fired up strong and the engine ran perfectly. This was exactly what I needed to get my generator in good running order, for the rest of this Hurricane season, especially since I live in southeastern Florida.Thanks for a well made product that performs as expected!

Pros

Fit's and works great. I would recommend that they include some type of instructions though.

Risk of damaging the engine if installed incorrectly

I really liked this, fit just as good as the OEM that was on my MTD chipper, all together not knowing what we were doing it took about 10 minutes to take off the old one and put the new one on and it worked perfect stopped the gas leak and started on the 3rd pull. I paid $150 for the chipper MTD wanted $157+s/h/t for a replacement so all in all done my chipper cost me 167 bucks and works great I''m happy.
