I sent it back. The generator was constantly overloaded.
It was a difficult purchase. Options, price and overall performance were good. I did a lot of research but couldn't get it to work with dip switches without overloading my 3000w champion generator. I have many issues with the quality of my equipment seller and the on duty call from the so-called "expert technician" Revain. I'd just say it's overkill for most people, and like Jim said in the customer support email, it needs to be installed by someone who's worked with them.
