Positives:Super easy assembly.Looks exactly as represented.Easy to convert from couch to bed.Comfortable as our spare room couch.Drawbacks:Very low to the ground. My mom is older and has a hard time getting up from low chairs; I wouldn't even let her sit on this. She'd never get up!Pillows don't attach in any way as arms and slide off easily. They work well as headrests against the wall as the couch has a low back.Not a great sleeper. It's uncomfortably firm. It serves as a nap space (though I prefer the bed or regular couch) and will do if a friend is staying for a night, but I wouldn't recommend this as a long-term sleeping solution.
