I used them to connect a PoE camera. They work. It was easy to install and set up once I figured out the order (which device was the sender and which was the receiver) as the instructions aren't the clearest. The only issue I had was that it came with extra BNC connectors, so I'm assuming the ones made from it won't fit very well? After dealing with short cables, I completed the installation. After putting everything together, my camera stopped connecting to the network. Not sure if it's a power issue or what, but now it doesn't even work without an adapter. While troubleshooting I tested the PoE network access point with these adapters and it powered on and worked fine. I have to wonder if the loose connection/extra BNC parts created a loose connection that stressed the camera or possibly roasted when turning on/off. Anyway, now I need a new camera and I have these adapters (which work) that won't be used until I buy another camera.
