Does not work with T-Mobile

The tablet works perfectly. I bought this for my mom so she can scale up her church activities. She has no internet so she needs a tablet to work with T-Mobile. T-Mobile says if I buy a bigger data plan it might work. I have the same data package on my phone and I can stream Zoom without any problems. It's not clear why one works and the other doesn't. Revain product support did not help.
