Pretty and comfortable, but less durable than the Fitbit band
This is a very nice band. It's easy to adjust, put on, and take off. I personally thought it was more comfortable than the band FitBit gives you.I only gave it 4 stars because it's not as durable as I would have liked. Granted, I wore mine while moving so it was exposed to some bumps and bruises. After I was moved in, i noticed little scratches and nicks in the pink finish, exposing the beige interior color.The customer service was excellent though. When I voiced my concern over how easily this band got damaged, they were extremely accommodating and worked with me until I was truly happy. So 10/10 for customer service.
