Our team at Fidelity is very knowledgeable about their products as well all of our needs related to security/compliance (ISO27001). They also have great customer service that will help you through any problem or question from implementation until after project completion - even if it takes years! The lack of training available within your product itself can be frustrating when trying implement new features; however this may change over time given how quickly they are working towards bringing out more updates into existing customers like us who purchased before 1Q17 launch date but don't qualify yet because we're still using previous versions. A one stop shop where compliance issues could easily get resolved without involving multiple vendors.
