Great Product, Exceptional Customer Service

Our team at Fidelity is very knowledgeable about their products as well all of our needs related to security/compliance (ISO27001). They also have great customer service that will help you through any problem or question from implementation until after project completion - even if it takes years! The lack of training available within your product itself can be frustrating when trying implement new features; however this may change over time given how quickly they are working towards bringingโ€ฆ
