I bought two of these devices - 16GB and 32GB. Both looked great and put on a great performance. A first - about three months later - I went to use it and found that the memory chip had fallen out of the metal case. I had important data in it and it was gone forever (and some of it was private). I changed the settings on my PC for security reasons and restored my backup data to a different USB drive. Bought another one (32GB this time) and the same thing happened a few months later. This time I took a picture. I can't believe this passed quality control. Do they just glue these chips into the case? That's pretty stupid and insecure. If you buy one of these, buy a cover so you don't lose the ship inside (along with your data). Speed was good and looks were great. The actual build quality is very lame. Sigh. Never again - replaced with a metal USB drive with a protective cover so this never happens again.
