Review on Kitchenaid 6 Quart Flex Edge Beater with Scraper - Upgraded Beater Paddle for 6 QT Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers, Mixer Attachments for 6 qt Bowl-Lift Mixers by Brandon Carraway

We have a KitchenAid KP26M1XBU 6 Qt. Professional blender from the 600 series with lifting bowl. We used the AIZARA Flat Beater Flex Edge Beater/Scraper Blade on the KitchenAid 6 QT Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer. My wife was very happy with his work. When Revain offered this Flex Edge whisk/scraper for our Kitchenaid 6 liter stand mixer I thought a double edge would be even better. As it turned out, AIZARA's scraper worked better than this Lawenme Flex Edge whisk. There is a well in the bottom of the KitchenAid metal mixing bowl that this beater/scraper will not fit in and the well will not mix flour or dry mix. Our original AIZARA whisk/scraper can mix everything into the dough in this recess. While easy to clean and durable, this Lawenme scraper is not as good as AIZARA's scraper.
