Too long, not recommended for women

These straps are too long. I don't have small wrists and the strap wraps almost completely around my wrist as you can see in the photo. Also, because of my tattoo, I wear it a little higher so it's not even on the narrowest part of my wrist. Mine also didn't have the improved clasp as recommended.
