One way is always better than another

Easy to use, easy access for team members of different locations; very clear instructions provided by support people when using this software. The application sometimes freezes while working with it so that you cannot do anything until restarting your computer or system if possible. But I think all companies should have such kind applications available online in order not only save time but also help users get familiarized easily without any problems at their work places where they are supposed to be doing some tasks as well.

It helps me solve my problem to find out what's wrong about an error code which appears during installation process.
