Review on FUYU by Ryan Hart

What should I even say first about FUYU? Let's just say you should look elsewhere if you need goods related to linear or rotary motion or power transmission. To begin, their boast of being a "leading provider" is completely ridiculous. If by "leading" they mean "mediocre at best," then I suppose they are. The parts they claim to use are of good quality are actually quite poor. My ball screws were more like ball duds, and my linear motion guides were jerky and sluggish. The quality of their customer support is also unacceptable. It's as if they couldn't give a hoot about alienating their clientele. Don't hassle yourself; just hire an alternative firm. While FUYU may be experts at transmitting electricity, they clearly haven't mastered the art of making their customers happy.
