Looks good out of the box and fits well in standard packaging. However, the section separator bars did not reach the bottom of the tray. There was some space between the bottom of the tray and the bottom of each bar, allowing items like butter knives to slide under the divider. When you get the knife out of the tray it will get stuck on the divider/bar and you have to try to pull it out carefully without damaging the tray. It also doesn't look good if half of your butter knives are sticking into other sections. The dividers were so loose that it was very easy to pull out some of them to create larger sections and turn them into a tray for larger kitchen items like measuring cups and spatulas. Not what I bought it for though. Also, I honestly don't expect it to age well. These are thin planks of wood, stapled cheaply.
