Sorry. I know it's a bit of a bummer to buy organic like this, but this time I made a complete mistake. It was a little small when I received it, but that's not critical. Dimensions may vary. But I was only trying to use it for the first time and right after it got wet it collapsed into a limp soft ball and broke apart into a few pieces. I didn't even lather it up let alone rub it on my body. I took a shower, he continued to tear in different places. You can forget all the exfoliation/cleansing benefits - it's like trying to wash your body with a big wet cotton swab. I don't know how the seller can do this job better. If they had just soaked this one they would have seen how limp and soft it was and how it already had dangling pieces just waiting to unhook/drop off. I don't know if they even check them, but in this case the complete crap is over. I'm going back to my old sponge (which I've been using for a long time and it still works). I'll really have to think about where to buy my next one. I don't think I can trust this seller again.
