Review on 🔌 Enhanced Electronics Exploration Kit: Snap Circuits SC 300 by Sri Wells

I am a babysitter and bought this for my 7 year old boy who is a bit interested in robotics. He's really into Lego and building things, but I wanted something he could use more than the one time you usually put together a Lego set before it settles down. I had a hard time deciding whether to buy this set or the junior set because it's intended for ages 8+, but I'm glad I got this one! I also just graduated from high school so I used circuit sets in my physics class recently and was scared of them so I was concerned if he would like it enough as a toy. I was off base! We spent 10 hours just playing with this toy and struggled to complete all of the 300+ projects available to build! In fact, when I was 19, I really enjoyed all the projects we built! The instructions for creating each of the projects are pretty clear, but I think reading the paragraphs to understand the science behind each one was a little too much for him at the age of 7. Even after reading the paragraphs, he didn't understand most of them. . Overall I think it was a great purchase and he loved it! It will definitely keep him busy for a long time and he will have a hard time getting bored with all the options available!
