it was bent but will be replaced with a new one
I love how it looks on the closet my husband built but it bends and warps so easily that it took extra time to make sure it was straight to keep the door level. It needs to be thicker and stronger so I only gave it 3 stars. After my review, the company got in touch with me and I have to say that the customer service is excellent. They really want the customer to be happy with their product and as it might get bent during shipping they replace it entirely although we said it wasn't necessary so we're upgrading it to 4 stars.
