More trouble than good
I was hoping this device would help with chopping tough veggies (especially carrots), but it doesn't. After reading the reviews I was very scared of cutting/chopping body parts along with carrots. I left all my pieces intact, but that meant I ended up with carrot roots that I had to cut up with a knife. I had a hard time holding the veggies across the cut surface of my arthritic hand and never got the hang of the three-pronged round holder. It was almost useless for cutting cabbage. This item is given to someone else who can use it.
