I have been using this product for a little over a year. I would describe my hair as full of thin strands and naturally wavy. Art Naturals products (shampoo and conditioner) have helped my hair to be nourished and healthy. I've noticed a lot of reviews about hair loss. I have not experienced any relative hair loss as a result of my use of this product. I also use other brands of hair products, tying my hair up and keeping it in tight buns while working out. Some of the hair loss is probably due to how I care for my hair on a daily basis and not a direct result of this product. Store-bought brands have always left my hair and scalp extremely oily and itchy - I've encountered none of that with Art Naturals. .Overall I am very happy with their shampoo and conditioner. I will keep buying! :)
