Review on Drive In Comfort With Valleycomfy Universal 15-Inch Leather Steering Wheel Cover (Black With Anti-Slip Features And Odor-Free Material) by Daniel Pyfer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks great. but very difficult to install.

I received the steering wheel cover folded and boxed which left a memory in the cover. Attempted to install but the cover was really tight. I then attempted to heat the steering wheel cover with a hair dryer and pre-stretch the cover. I stepped inside the cover and pulled on the other end "deadlift" style. I pulled hard and was surprised none of the stitching came loose. which is a testament to its build quality. Attempted to install the cover again using a lot of force and was finally able to get it over the steering wheel. I believe you need to be somewhat strong to be able to install one of these and it does fit over a large steering wheel on a Toyota Tundra. Once installed though I am really happy with the product. Feels soft to the touch and the stitching adds a bit of grip.

Pros
  • The beading looks nice, but a little tall and stiff, so uncomfortable if I'm gripping too tightly
Cons
  • The cover may have a strong chemical smell upon unboxing
