I received this product quicker than expected and it worked great until about a year after purchase and then the DVD tray would not close. The amount it cost to fix it was almost the same amount to just buy another one. This time I chose Best Buy. PS The camcorder itself provided a clear picture and excellent zoom as I used it daily for business purposes.
