Solidly built but expensive. Purchase larger sizes than actual tubes.
I would give it 5 stars if not for the price. They were hard to find in stores and I would rather pay a little more to deal with Amazon where I know the return policy is good. It's well done. The outer surface feels solid and the insulation is thick. It's hard enough to pinch my hoses. The dimensions 24" x 24" must be on the outside of the package. I had to put it on tubes that are about 16" (width) x 20" (height). I don't think it would fit if the tubes were 20 inches wide.
