The customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help you with any questions that come along. I have never had an issue where i needed support from them but if there was something wrong it would be fixed quickly! They also offer discounts when purchasing multiple licenses which helps offset some costs associated with using their software. There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about bloomypro. It has been great working with them over the years and we continue to use this tool every day as our main business platform. We can easily create new designs and layouts within minutes and share those files with clients via email. This makes creating new design ideas very easy and saves time by not having to go back to drawing board each time.
