Very Sharp - Chef's Knife
Just received the knife. It's very sharp, well balanced and easy to use. I have been sharpening knives for many years. That's the sharpness I'm aiming for. This is a new knife but as far as I can tell at the moment it is a well made and easy to use knife that is well worth the price.
