Revain sells literally a sea of small scales. If you're looking at this, you're either lucky or you've had a long search. This scale has three characteristics that make it my favorite. First, the lid serves as a weighing pan; This alone makes it better than 99% of other scales on the market. And the tray is quite wide, holding a decent handful of stuff for weighing, plus it has raised edges to accommodate smaller items. Second, the scale has an easy-to-read blue-backlit display and appears to be accurate to tenths, despite reading to hundredths. And finally, thirdly, batteries are included; a small thing but very important if you are like me and don't store batteries in your house. I love this scale.
