I've owned three Fitbit devices in the last three years. Despite the care I took with my Charge 2, the original straps began to loosen. I was thrilled to get these as a replacement. The first strap I used was durable and comfortable. I had no problems with that. However, when I decided to switch to a different ribbon, the problems started. The backs of my hands were covered with a scaly rash. At first I didn't blame the bracelet, but soon after the rash appeared as a ring around my wrist in the same place I wore the bracelet, I realized it was a serious problem. I removed the bandage and there was something like peeling skin stuck to it. I was so annoyed and outraged. I have never had this problem and have always cleaned my device and wristbands the same way. I'm so pissed. Now I have a permanent bruise on my wrist from those bandages. I don't have sensitive skin at all and was so surprised that this happened. I am not a happy customer.
