Well, a lot of the low star reviews I've read here complained about two things: the stiffness of the straps; they don't "snap" or are difficult to remove etc. For those who can't remember because it's probably been a few months, Fitbit straps are very stiff at first and will stretch over time. Compare the new Fitbit strap to the old one and you'll see a stretch of 1/8 inch or more on each side. They feel and look exactly like a NEW Fitbit band, so I'm guessing they'll stretch over time too…
