The ability for us at our organization is that we can use one application throughout multiple departments within an office complex which helps reduce data entry errors when it comes across different applications! Also like I said above this also allows me access from my phone or tablet so if there was ever any issues while out in public using google maps etc., It's easy enough just pull up another browser window/tab instead since everything syncs together easily via Google Drive!! Nothing really but maybe some more customization would be nice? We are able solve problems quicker by having 1 place where everyone enters their information rather than going into each individual departmental system separately- saves lotsa headaches :)!
