Not bad headphones! I use them for my work from home so there wasn't too much noise around me that I had to turn off. I receive incoming calls as a CSR, so a mute button is REQUIRED as my company's online calling software does not have a mute button. When I first got these headphones the mute button worked perfectly and I was able to cough or sneeze if I had to. After about a month, the night button stopped working. I was impressed with the company because when I emailed them they sent me a replacement pair of headphones! But the same problem persisted, so I gave up. I was offered a refund if I returned the headphones. Spring.
