This is my first auto mailbox rodeo and I'm a little disappointed. First, the box is huge. It takes up most of my bathroom and my two cats are too scared to use it if it has a lid on it. There is a hole in the lid which is very small and I don't feel like my cats can sit fully inside the tray when it is on it is removable so once removed it is more convenient for them to put it on to use. Setup was pretty easy, but the app requires a lot of work. It's supposed to track when it's used, but half the time it doesn't even connect. There is a motion sensor. After your cat has done its thing, it will wait about 15 seconds and start scooping. It scoops everything into the holding bowl well, but the bowl is very small. It needs to be cleaned pretty much every day and although it comes with a few pouches we will run out of them very soon and with the unique shape of the trays it will probably be difficult for me to find more suitable ones. It works but could use a number of improvements.
