First I had to buy an adapter to use with my computer. No big deal, I should have another one handy. I figured I didn't need any extra cables for my purpose, so I returned the product. When I set it up to test it worked and looked like it would be great for someone. There is a cable from the computer to the monitor and from the monitor to the outlet. If your computer also needs to be plugged into the wall, then this is another cable. The company was very helpful, they contacted me to see if I had any problems, I told them I needed to buy an adapter and they suggested what type to get. While it didn't work for my purpose, it probably would have worked for someone else. Your after sales support has been great, very helpful and friendly.
