Frame rate is terrible
Maybe it's just a game console issue but I bought it to use with an Atari PAL console to play PAL games on my NTSC CRT TV. What you see is like keeping your eyes closed and only opening them once a second. Objects appear on the screen, stay in place for a second, and then appear elsewhere on the screen (frozen again, but in a new position). It might work better with a VCR or DVD player, but I'm a little skeptical.
