The body of the phone is definitely strong, but there's nothing to protect the screen and the volume and power buttons didn't work without help. The inside was too long so when the cover was on it was already holding both volume buttons. We ended up keeping some of the inside of the button with a stern knife and it works. It was definitely mediocre quality compared to an Otter Box or other reputable brand, but at 1/6 the price it's worth it if you're handy enough to have it fixed when it arrives. UPDATE: They sent us a replacement case, kids love it. Would have given five stars but the initial issue still gave us problems. You got it right so I've updated this review to 4 stars.
