Bought as a gift for my friend to use while he works. He's a trucker. In the past the biggest problem was hearing it over all the background noise, and in general many Bluetooth headsets sound so far away. With this I was surprised when he called and drove on the street. The call was just as clear both without using a headset and while parked. Even if he had his window down and the autobahn (because we were curious, of course) was clear. Every now and then I hear outside noise, but it's so quiet and clear in the background. And he, for his part, reports that he is very satisfied. In terms of comfort and quality and design. He really likes to hear the road with one ear so this design is perfect for what he needs.
