The defective pair was delivered twice - the straps on both shoes do not match.
The pair I received was defective. The straps on each sandal were not the same. One foot was too tight to tuck your foot in and one pair had a very long strap on the top of the foot that allowed it to dangle and fall off. I sent them back and tried again. The second pair was the same.
- Heel pads provide additional support
- May not be adjustable enough for people with different foot widths.
