I'll start with what I like: - They stay in the ear for sure - The application (download) offers some useful functions, e.g. B. Changing the functionality of the "taps" on the headphones I like and dislike - Earbuds come in one size, and they let through a lot of ambient noise. (Some may not care.) - The sound is pretty pathetic. Tin is the only way I can describe the sound. Don't expect decent bass from them. I have to admit that my purchasing decision when I made the purchase was largely based on Plantronics' reputation. Unfortunately I have to say that if the quality of this product is indicative of their headphone capabilities, they are probably better off sticking with their phone headsets.
